Place the rope under the feet and stand on both feet. Hold the handles on your shoulders. Hold your palms forward, chest up, inhale, and exhale. Raise both hands up and straighten your arms, but keep elbow flexion. Suction reduction to start position. Stand upside down or parallel with both feet, step the rope under your feet, hold the handles on both sides of your body with both hands, raise your chest and lift your head forward slightly. Keep the arm slightly bent, inhale, and exhale the abduction arm. When the elbow joint and the shoulder are at the same height, the inhale is restored to its original position. Stand with your feet apart, bend your knees flexibly, flex your hips and keep your back straight. Tie the rope under your feet. Pull the ropes across your feet. Hold your hands together and hold the elbows in flexion, inhale and exhale. Both sides are raised parallel to the ground, and the suction is restored to the initial position. 30 minutes every day ,you will have a good shape of your body.
